ABOUT V&B

My Mission.

My mission is to provide a compassionate, inclusive, and supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences, heal from past wounds, and cultivate meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process—one that empowers you to deepen self-understanding, develop healthier relationships, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

With a trauma-informed and attachment-focused approach, I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where every individual feels heard, valued, and supported. For those who prefer to integrate their faith into their healing journey, I offer Christian counseling upon request, blending evidence-based practices with spiritual guidance. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, working through relationship patterns, or looking to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward a path of growth, resilience, and healing.

Core Values.

  • Inclusivity & Accessibility – Therapy should be a space where all individuals, regardless of background, identity, or life experiences, feel welcomed and supported.

  • Collaboration & Empowerment – Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process; I work with clients to tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

  • Authenticity & Connection – A strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change, and I strive to create an environment built on trust, understanding, and genuine care.

  • Growth & Healing – Whether working through past wounds or developing new coping skills, I am committed to helping clients move toward greater emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.

  • Spiritual Sensitivity – I honor the importance of spiritual beliefs in many clients’ lives, offering Christian counseling upon request to integrate faith-based perspectives with therapeutic practices.
